  • Served as the central point of contact and gatekeeper for all briefs, continually optimising process and streamlining workflows which increased efficiency in the Studio

  • Implemented standardised creative briefing templates, defined ways of working and production processes, resulting in a smoother collaboration with creatives and increased efficiency when handling multiple live briefs concurrently

  • Led large-scale projects, ensuring the creation of outstanding creative content solutions from concept through execution. Work spanned live-action, 2D/ 3D animations and motion graphics, CG, 360, and VR experiences

  • Scoped and pitched new business, implemented budgets for a diverse portfolio of branded content, commercials, and VR experiences. Acted as the principal link and led conversations between the client and the production teams. 

  • Procured new accounts, strengthened client engagement and collaboration, built relationships, and optimised business opportunities
